Every design we present to our clients reflects their ideas & dreams of the perfect backyard incorporated with our ideas & expertise to make your job unique. We put a lot of effort into this initial phase. Sites are measured & elevations are shot over the entire building area to insure the design will match the site perfectly & provide proper site drainage.
We use specialized software to provide detailed two dimensional plans that highlight all the details & specifics for better understanding. We also provide 3D renderings of the design from different view points so the client knows exactly what their site will look like when the job is complete. Our design plans are then converted into detailed constructions plan & detail cut sheets to insure every detail is scrutinized before we start the build. We spend a lot of time in doing this but it saves time in the construction phase so it’s worth the effort.
Our steel & plumbing ratings are certified, our concrete is batch specific & our Gunite is certified & applied by one of the leading national Gunite companies in our market area that insures proper installation & provides lifetime warranties for chemical reactions such as ASR.
